Running is a fun and social way to meet new people and to keep fit at the same time. Many of the campus sports clubs use the weekly running club sessions as fitness training for those students wanting to physically stay on top of their game.

Trail Running offers students the opportunity to experience some of the most beautiful landscapes our country has to offer. The Cape Town campus’ trial running club is a stone’s throw away from Table Mountain with many jeep tracks and mountain paths to explore. The club allows for beginners and more seasoned trail runners to take part, and our experienced Club Captains ensure you’re always in good hands
