The Pretoria campus recently launched Softball, serving as the home base for the VC Softball Club. Both the men’s and women’s 1st teams play in the very competitive GASA Super League – one of the strongest club leagues in the country – in addition to the local Tshwane Softball Leagues. With an excellent technical team consisting of former SA players and current SA and provincial coaches, the tactically based practice sessions and individual player management strategies are great assets to this fledgling club. The club is open to all students, alumni and the local community and all skill levels are welcome.
