HOW WE HELP DURING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
A permanent position at a junior level.
Given that Graduate Recruitment Programmes tend to be expensive investments for companies (usually corporates), there usually is a stringent selection process involved. This
is usually split into 3 stages:
First interview – similar to introductory, one-on-one interviews for part-time work.
Second interview – More in-depth; may be a group or panel interview.
Psychometric testing – Work simulations, aptitude tests, etc.
Throughout the process, employers are looking at skills and competence in terms of communication, teamwork, flexibility, motivation, general drive, planning and time management abilities.
Your Career Centre Coordinator will help you at every stage, making sure you are sufficiently prepared in terms of the different requirements – from correctly completing forms to helping you stand out with confidence when presenting
yourself in person. This will give you the best possible chance of landing that first job you’ve always dreamed about.
