How to apply

Find out what The IIE’s Varsity College has to offer you by filling in an enquiry form, or by engaging with Ed our full-time study enquiry bot, or Pam our part-time study enquiry bot, on the website or on Facebook. One of our Student Advisors will then contact you to discuss which qualifications would best suit you based on your career ambitions and abilities.

Other ways you can contact us is by requesting a “call-me-back” on the website, engaging with us on live-chat, or calling any of our 8 campuses across the country directly.

We can’t stress enough the importance of requesting an appointment with a skilled Student Advisor or part-time consultant. It’s an opportunity to learn more about the IIE programmes you can study with us and have all your questions answered before you commit to studying.
We encourage prospective full-time students to come onto campus for their interview, for an experience of our safe and secure campuses, student life, sports offering, accommodation and more. To book your appointment click here. Prospective part-time students can opt for a telephonic appointment by requesting call-me-back on the website, chatting live with one of our consultants, or contacting one of our 8 campuses directly.

Apply without delay if you feel that you have all the information you need about the qualification you want to study at The IIE’s Varsity College. Our small classes fill up quickly, the sooner you apply, the sooner we can secure your place if you meet the admission requirements.

If you plan on undertaking full-time study, we once again advise that you set up an interview with a Student Advisor. They will be able to guide you based on your academic strengths, your marks and passions towards the best qualification for you.

If you plan on studying part-time and require some guidance on studying with us, our designated team of part-time consultants are a live chat away. Alternatively, you can contact them by filling in a call-me-back form or contacting one of our 8 campuses directly.

Reference the full-time qualification you’re interested in studying by clicking here, or the part-time qualification by clicking here and view The IIE admission requirements in the downloadable factsheet provided. Alternatively, you can always contact our campuses directly if there’s anything you require further clarification on.

Once you’ve completed your application and paid your application fee, it will take a period of about 2 weeks for our campus to issue you with a conditional acceptance letter, that’s subject to you meeting admission requirements.

Please note that in order to register for your Degree, Diploma or Higher Certificate Full Time application you must have applied first. A non-refundable fee of R400 is required. Please note that a limited number of students can be accepted to programmes at The IIE’s Varsity College, each academic year. As a result, undergraduate degree applications close on 13th November 2020, preceding the chosen year of study.

Late applications for degrees will be considered should space be available, with a late non–refundable application fee of R1750 levied. Diploma and Higher Certificate programme applications will remain open until programmes are full. Fees are payable online or through EFT.

Once payment has been made a Student Advisor will then contact you to complete the application process.
