Varsity College celebrates World Teachers’ Day

Thank-you to the lecturers, who help our students take their lives to the next level.

At the very core of Varsity College is the concept of ‘quality teaching for quality learning’. Simple as this may sound, the energy and focus that is placed on getting and growing excellent lecturers whose inspired teaching through active engagement results in an authentic, modern, student-centred learning experience, is a massive undertaking.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 5 October is World Teachers' Day. Started in 1994, this day is designed to commemorate and mobilise support for teachers; and to ensure that the learning needs of future generations will continue to be met by great teachers.

So let’s all think about the vital contribution that teachers and lecturers make to education and development, and just say thank-you to someone who has made a difference to your life through teaching.
