Cape Town Campus Reaches Milestone

Varsity College history was made when the Cape Town campus recently registered its 2,000th full-time student. A contributing factor was the increased capacity as a result of the merger between the two Cape Town sites, Rondebosch and Gardens, at the beginning of this year.

Operating out of the newly expanded Belmont Park Varsity College Rondebosch facility, this campus is the largest Varsity College delivery site as well as one of the largest accredited higher education tertiary site in South Africa. The two campuses combined due to the Gardens campus experiencing tremendous growth.

From a location point of view, being situated in the bustling Rondebosch student community with its beautiful mountain views, this distinctly up-market campus is within easy access of all the major traffic routes. A variety of student accommodation and conveniences are located in and around the campus.

The campus offers enhanced teaching and learning and student support facilities. Small classes ensure that students receive individual attention. The academic team on campus, consisting of highly qualified lecturers, Academic Development Coordinators, Librarians and faculty management staff, is there to take care of students’ academic needs.
