Action Sports Weekend

Varsity College held their second consecutive National Action Sports Weekend from 10 - 12 July at the Highway Action Arena in KZN, which once again, was a resounding success. The purpose of the weekend was to create a platform for all seven campuses to build lasting friendships and provide them with the opportunity to compete at national level.

Each campus registered a team per sporting code (Action Cricket, Action Netball, Action Soccer) with interesting names to distinguish the teams.

The Westville Cowboys were the overall winners, with Pietermaritzburg Mammoths snapping at their heals for second place and Pretoria Bulldozers in close third place.
