All students wanting to study through Varsity College towards a UNISA degree in 2012, for the first time, were required to apply to UNISA by the 15th of September 2011. If you missed this deadline, there is still a variety of options available to you.
Degree studies
Varsity College offers an exciting Pathway Programme that allows you to commence your studies at the beginning of 2012, and paves the way for your UNISA degree.
Varsity College, an educational brand of the Independent Institute of Education (The IIE), is proud to announce the addition of a new degree - the Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication, which will be conferred by the IIE. The 3 year degree, on offer from 2012, is at level 7 on the Higher Education Qualifications Framework (HEQF). Applications for this dynamic degree remain open. The IMM Graduate School of Marketing’s Bachelor of Business Administration degree will be on offer at Varsity College in 2012. For those who are as much about innovation and free-thinking as they are about traditional business skills, this is for you.
Diploma studies
Varsity College offers a range of two and three year diploma programmes that cover a range of faculties from Business to IT. The time is NOW to contact your nearest campus to enquire about this broad range of diploma programmes.
Certificate studies
One of the most exciting certificate courses on offer is the Higher Certificate in Business Principles and Practice (HCBPP) which focuses on general business concepts, preparing you for further study. The HCBPP is also available to students who do not meet the Bachelor’s Entry requirement for degree studies in South Africa. It can be used as an access programme to degree studies at Varsity College.
